Do you deliver the same day?
Yes, in Jeddah: orders before 6 pm arrive the same day, later ones the next morning. Outside Jeddah, one to two days by chilled delivery.
How do I know the flowers are fresh?
Our flowers arrive every morning, and we send you a photo before your bouquet leaves. If it wilts within three days, we replace it.
What if a flower I chose is not in?
We call you before arranging and suggest one in the same colours; nothing changes without your yes.
Can I send it anonymously?
Yes. We write what you want on the card or leave it unsigned; the recipient only knows who sent it if you want.
Do you do weddings outside Jeddah?
In Makkah, Madinah and Taif, yes, with a site visit and travel costs written in the quote.
