Privacy policy

Entelak (انطلاق) is an Arabic-first WordPress site builder. This page explains what we keep about you when you use the builder or buy a template, why, who we work with, and what your rights are. We keep as little as we can and never sell your data.

What stays in your browser

Your site’s design (pages, texts, colours and the pictures you upload) is kept in your browser while you work and never leaves it unless you sign in. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

When you sign in

You sign in with a code sent to your email or with a Google account. We then keep on your account: your email address, the sites you designed and their pictures, your licences (the templates you bought and the publishes you have left), and the time of your last sign-in and save. The only purpose: so your site follows you to any device, and so we know the download is yours.

With a Google account we ask only for your verified email address. We do not reach your contacts, your files or anything else.

Cookies

One cookie for the sign-in session, kept for ninety days and never used for tracking or advertising. We place no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on the site or the builder.

Error reports and your feedback

When something breaks in the builder or on a site published with our theme, we receive a short report with the error message, the page’s path (without its query) and the version number, so we can fix it. The report carries none of your pages’ content, none of your visitors’ data, and not your device’s address, which is used only to limit the number of reports and is never stored. What you write in “Your feedback matters” reaches us with your email if you are signed in or added it.

Purchases

Orders are placed today over WhatsApp, and the licence is activated on your account once payment is confirmed. We keep what you bought, its amount and date, for our accounts and to serve you later. We store no card details.

The services we rely on

• Cloudflare: storing accounts, sites and pictures, and running the service.
• Netlify: hosting this site and the builder, and building the theme file at download.
• Resend: sending sign-in codes to your email.
• Google: signing in with a Google account, if you choose it.

None of them sees your data beyond what its job needs, and we share your data with no one else.

The sites you create

The site you download is yours and you host it where you like; what it collects from its visitors (contact forms, for example) reaches you, not us, and you are responsible for its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or delete your account and everything on it at any time: message us on WhatsApp or by email from the contact section, and we answer within business days. Deleting the account deletes the sites and pictures we keep for you; your licences stay on record to prove your right if you come back.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page, and if the change is material we tell registered users by email.
